Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

Waiting is the hardest part

When you are a child everything seems to take forever.
You have to wait for Halloween and then it is over in the blink of an eye.

And then you have to wait for Christmas, which is absurd.
The build up is so long.

Baby C HATES to wait. She is notorious for demanding to leave a restaurant the moment
our food arrives.

Saturday we went to the Christmas tree farm to choose our tree, which actually turned out to be two trees (one regular size and one little).

Grand Master H knows how to deal with delays. He just busts a move...

or two.

Aaaaaaaand....JAZZ HANDS!

After his little dance number, Grand Master H decided to join his sister is picking up rocks in the gravel parking lot and filling Mr. Smith's many pockets.

The trees will be delivered on December 3rd.

Yes, in Southern California, you get your tree delivered.

We decided to start doing that after Pop Pop accidentally tied the car doors shut and had to
climb into the driver's side window.

And so endeth today's lesson on Christmas tree shopping.
