This is the post I really really want to post publicly, but feel like I can't.
That is the reason for my blog suddenly being private, by invitation only.
I apologize to you for that inconvenience, by my brother-in-law and mother-in-law are so obsessed with me and my family that they can't stay away. I feel like the best thing I can do is hunker down, protect myself and my family and write a tell-all book.
Meanwhile, I will keep writing here because I can't not write. I don't know how to do that.

Apparently, someone (see, right there, how I pretended that I don't know who it is?) had to read my blog to my poor father-in-law to clue him in that he is an alcoholic. Of course, this person made sure to edit out anything that was the truth and just let my father-in-law know that I called him an "alcoholic doormat." Which, by the way, I never did. He is, but I never did put those two words together. See, this person is pretty much a functional illiterate despite a pretty pricey USC degree.
You know, the school of O.J. Simpson?
Okay, that was mean.
But true.
Anyway, my father-in-law has been in a little pouty hissy fit since August when I wrote this.
I gotta give the guy credit. At least he takes a position and commits to it. Apparently he has decided he is never going to speak to us again, which, truth be told, is actually kind of awesome!
I applaud his dedication to living in denial. It runs far deeper than any feelings of obligation, loyalty or duty to say, his son, his grandchildren or even his own well-being.
Oh well, as my aunt would say, Tee Taa Tee Taa!
So someone, who shall remain nameless, has found my blog. He/she/it has figured out a way to feather his/her/its own nest (read: pole position in the will) by reading it to someone who does not own a computer, but would be offended (my alcohol-soaked, slightly demented father-in-law).
Yes, the things I wrote were not kind. I take responsibility for that part.
Be that as it may, I still stand by everything I wrote. I wrote those things out of frustration and anger, but I wrote the truth. It may not be the truth as others see it, but it is the truth as I see it. I have been genuinely concerned and hurt by the changes I have seen in people I care about. If you had actually bothered to quote the entire post rather than cherry pick, you would have conveyed a
better idea of what my point was.
But that wasn't your goal was it? Nope, you only wanted to hurt, gossip, lie, and create trouble.
This is my blog, my sandbox, if you will. I write it for me. I write it to keep my family and friends in the loop. I am very sorry if something I write offends you, but you have the option of not reading it. You also have the option of writing me a scathing comment. I love comments, scathing or not.
Don't be a USC-educated, craven, cowering weasel, lurking around being a douche bag.
Oh oops. See, there? Yeah.
I actually do know who you are.
And I actually do know what you are.
Your are a worthless, empty, cancerous growth on the rest of the world.
Oh wait, would you rather I use smaller words? I know your over-priced college "education" only made you marginally literate, so I will try to keep it simple.
You suck. I know who you are and where you are. I know what you are.
I know where you lay your head at night.
You are a parasite. Oops, sorry. I used a big word.
I'll explain simply so your little lizard brain won't get confused.
A parasite is when one organism (that would be you) benefits at the expense of the host (that would be the rest of humanity).
Betcha you aren't going to read that one aloud are ya? Not that my father-in-law could crawl out of a bottle long enough to listen to this post.
Have a great day!
